In Edinburgh, (leith) the resturant Norn is taking inspiration from Scotlands cooking heritage, and inspiration from new techniques and ideas, serving you our representation of Scottish cuisine. It is presented through a fixed menu of four or seven courses with matching drinks as an option. Great explications of dish from the chefs which brings a personal touch to the homely feel resturant. Service was very intentive and felt at home. Great resturant that needs the recognition for what they a doing. Totally recommend a great food experience here in Leith..a must try.

That great homemade rye sour dough that flavour lingers like treacle, homemade creamy butter. 

Mussels and cherry tomatoes in a tomato broth, bone marrow and cucumber.

Wow! Roasted Carrot, lovage and cheese.

Beef skirt steak, roasted onion purée, jus
